Astle Votes to Improve AAC Board of Education

Senator Astle voted on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 to create a hybrid Anne Arundel County Board of Education, which proposed the expansion of the board from nine to 11 members.

Astle was quoted by the Capital Gazette in saying, “we have to do something about the school board. I think we’ve got to get it together — the public is demanding an answer.”
